My fiance and I are getting married in a private ceremony on Virginia Beach and were wondering if anyone could recommend a romantic restaurant where the two of us can dine after wards.

There was a live band on the boardwalk in Virginia Beach, my family and I were getting ready to leave but I looked over and saw this guy rockin' out with some kind of dance, not sure what it is but i'm sure it will catch on eventually
I currently live in Atlanta, GA but I am originally from North VA (Fairfax County). However I lived there as a small kid and I don't really know much about Virginia except that it is very beautiful there. I am almost finished with my bachelors in nursing and would like to relocate to the VA Beach area because I always loved that particular area. I'm sure VA Beach is higher than Atlanta. However my question is how much higher? How high are housing, insurance, taxes, etc? Would moving to Norfolk instead be more cost efficient? Any suggestions as far as neighborhoods. I love the city life and I'm not too fond of the country or small towns. I'm 21, single, no kids, enjoy good restaurants, shopping, music, occasionally going to clubs, love bar hangouts, the beach, and sports. Thanks in advance.

I'm having a hard time finding a hotel that allows under 21 for under $100 per night near the boardwalk. Unfortunately, I am 19 years old and my boyfriend is 20 but he will turn 21 at the end of the week on the week my boyfriend and I plan a vacation in Virginia Beach. We could wait a little later after he turns 21 but it will mean the price would raise and my boyfriend wouldn't want to miss his brother's graduation. It will be just us and we wouldn't want to party and tear up the rooms. I will appreciate it a lot if you answer!
I am going to Virginia beach the weekend of the 1st for the Rockstar Mayhem Festival with one of my best friends. We are 18 and 19. We're just wondering what is the nightlife like? No we dont drink (underage obviously) but what about some clubs, live music or dj is cool, also any kind of music. What are some good restaurants to check out too? anything else we should try to do while we are there?
