I need to find a very nice fancy restaurant in the Hampton Roads, VA area. Perferrably Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, and Norfolk. Those are the most convenient.
There aren't a lot of diverse dining options in my area. A Thai place just opened shop and apart from the obligatory Mexican and Chinese establishments, that's about it for ethinc cusine around here. I am going to Virginia Beach this weekend and there is a Vietnamese restaurant near my hotel and I want to try it. Is it comparable to Chinese or Japanese? How would you describe it?
I live in Virginia Beach, VA and would like to know how much a busboy can walk home with in tips. Will it be possible for them to walk away with $100 on busy weekend night? How much does the staff give their busboys.
I need local restaurants. If possible, no chains. This is for a study i am doing... US only. Thanks! Please indicate Restaurant Name, Kind (Seafood, Chinese, etc), Location (City or Town), and Contact Details (Website or phone Numbers with area code) Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks! I always tip 20% at restaurants, but some people say that you give less or more or just whatever you want to delivery people. Is there an unofffical rule to how much you tip food delivery people if they came on time and with the right food? (And I live in Virginia Beach - if that matters)
I am looking for somewhere nice to go with my husband. I recently moved to Va and don't know much. I found the following places and was wondering if anyone recommends them or recommends anywhere else. Thanks to anyone who takes the time to help! -Chesapeake bay bridge-tunnel -Va beach (don't exactly know good hotels, restaurants, or must visit places) -Virginia crossing resort
I live in virginia beach, virginia and I'm thinking about doing it. thanks
I always hear people complain that there are no "real" mexican restaurants in virginia beach. I think they are still pretty good. Is there a different way of cooking an Enchilada or is there something I'm missing altogether?
Im headed to VA Beach towards the end of October for a couple of nights. Any good suggestions? Places to go? Things to see? Restaurants? Hotels? Anything could help. Thanks!
Anyone have any recommendations for a good, authentic Japanese restaurant in the Norfolk/VA Beach area?
