While riding bikes with the family along the boardwalk in Virginia Beach, VA, we ran into a group listening to what appeared to be preaching. Well the preaching wasn't the entertainment. There was this guy (and some of the crowd) who was getting a little lewd and disrespectful toward another human being. Understand that the "message" probably wasn't for everyone, it was clear that the crowd didn't want to hear it. Even some of the kids were getting into the "preacher hate". Unfortunately, there was a guy who exposed himself--there were young kids in the audience. That part really upset us. But what really upset us what that my son stated that he had video of the incident to the VB Bike Cops. They didn't want to see it. They actually made the preacher leave.
