Im thinking at Chili's or TGIFridays or PF Changs or California Pizza Kitchen. Right now, im leaning towards CPK because it's a bit more unique dining experience compared to regular dine-in restaurants like Chilis/applebees/ruby tues. etc. But i dont want to spend a small fortune. go to a place where u can booze bcoz that the best party u can have for a bday. Order only appetizers and booze dont worry abt the money u will spend a lot in a pub or a disco.
if u r with family then u can go to a fine dining rest. or u can go to TGI fridays if u r with frnds.

Why not try a smaller place that is not a giant chain? What about a mom and pop place for something adventurous since you like unique dining - maybe Chinese, Mexican or Vietnamese or a local pizza joint. The food will be better and it will open up doors for you. Happy Birthday!
