Depends how hot you are. Sad but honest. The better looking you are, the more you will make. Girls tend to make more than guys.
It also depends where you work. B/c you are starting out you may have to suck it up and work at a crappy place but as you gain experience you can apply to the better places (think clubs or resorts). Easy $200 a night if you are at a good place. Maybe $100 if you are in a crappy tavern. Regulars will be godsent on slow days so try and remember what they drink!
hmm. depends on a few things…
first the restaurant should be a popular spot. if you live in a resort/vacation area then your business will probably depend on the time of year. it also depends on how long the bar is open as well. some restaurants close their bar when they close the restaurant so you would obviously walk w/ less $$ if your bar closes @ 10 or 11 as opposed to 1 or 2. you could reasonably expect to walk with at least $100 minimum. anything less and you should look elsewhere. if it is a popular bar for people to hang in and open late then you can walk with $200-300 or more. maybe more if you are an attractive female.
I’m a bartender at an Applebee’s in Maryland and the spectrum of how much money you make will depends on alot of things. At Applebee’s I make between 120-250 dollars on friday nights and saturday nights depending on how busy it is on any given night. On weeknights usually from 80-120 dollars. Working any day shift can also be very profitable but you will work harder for it sometimes because you will have the few bar guests you might get during the day plus service bar, a 7 table section, and carry out orders as well. All in all it is good money though. It will all depend on what kind of bar you work at as well as what kind of shifts you are able to get.
lots like 2 o 3 hundred a night
Depends on what type of crowd you ae serving and how good you are. Good bartender’s in the right locale can make up to several hundred dollars night.
