It's not the best quality video ever, I recorded it with my cell phone of course. There was a live band on the boardwalk in Virginia Beach, my family and I were getting ready to leave but I looked over and saw this guy rockin' out with some kind of dance, not sure what it is but i'm sure it will catch on eventually
