Most of hotels have jacuzzi rooms – at least a few in a whole hotel – i know Holiday Inn Resort on 38th (i think) and Atlantic have them, Mariott on 37th (i think) has a few (at least one on each floor) – most of nice chain hotels do – just call and ask them because i know they dont show that on the internet most of the time.
I stayed in the Dolphin Inn and they had a huge jacuzzi tub in the room and an ocean view from the balcony. Amazing!

Day’s Inn, Fairfield Inn, Howard Johnson, Tropicana Resort, Turtle Bay Resort are a few that do. Some even have a jacuzzi suite.
