I always tip 20% at restaurants, but some people say that you give less or more or just whatever you want to delivery people. Is there an unofffical rule to how much you tip food delivery people if they came on time and with the right food? (And I live in Virginia Beach - if that matters)
3-4 bucks
i just tip about 5 bucks
$3
It depends on how hot the pizza and the driver are upon arrival, but I usually like to give at least 20%, so they learn my addess and make it the first one to hit the next time they pull out with 5 pies to deliver, not the last.
it allways tip at lest 15% and no more than 30%
I deliver pizzas and usually get tipped about 3-5 dollars
It depends. If there’s an upcharge for having the pizza delivered he’s all ready got his tip, but if they got to my place extremely fast I’d probably toss in an extra 2-3 bucks. If there is no upcharge for delivery then it depends on how hot the pizza is when I get it the tip they get.
Cold = 1 dollar
Luke Warm = 2 dollars
Hot = 3-4 dollars.
Piping Hot = 5 dollars
15 minutes or below = 7 dollars or more!!!
This is difficult to answer.
You must know the distance and convenience of your place from the pizzaria. If the pizza is late, it might not be the driver’s fault. Form a relationship with him, then if it is one or two pies, five bucks should be good.
Does Chicho’s deliver?
2.50 to 4.50 not a percentage.
